From an unclear problem to working software.
I'm Rajeev Ranjan, a full-stack & AI engineer based in Bengaluru, India, studying Data Science at IIT Madras. My work spans startup platforms, voice-driven products, mobile apps, and cybersecurity research.
I enjoy figuring out what a product needs before deciding how to build it: researching the space, testing assumptions, and choosing an architecture. Then I carry it through the APIs, interface, deployment, and the next iteration. Knowing what a system should refuse to do matters as much as its happy path.
That approach has taken me from engineering at Originn, a Nirmaan-incubated startup, to AI-assisted security research at CyStar, IIT Madras, and remote work with US clients. Between those builds, I follow smaller ideas in the Lab.

Delivered a voice-driven periodontal charting feature, starting with competitor research and requirements, then carrying it through architecture, full-stack development, testing, and delivery.

Worked on an MCP-based cybersecurity automation framework connecting Wazuh and Velociraptor with LLMs. The research covered monitoring, threat detection, investigation, and active-response workflows, alongside infrastructure and tool integration.

Shipped Zync to the Google Play Store, from native Android BLE services to backend matching and purchase verification. Built PropCare around a strict maintenance workflow, backed by 19 integration tests for authentication, roles, and ticket transitions.
